Amber Kata Boutique Pool Villa is a group of four private pool villas within a single gated estate on the hillside above Kata beach, in the Karon sub-district of Phuket. All four are managed and let directly by Astra Asset Advisor.

What the four villas have in common

Each villa has four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and around 550 sqm of floor area across two levels, with its own pool, a kitchen, covered parking and an en-suite bathroom for every bedroom. Because the villas are identical in layout and fit-out, the one you book is the one you saw.

How booking works here

This is a direct-booking site rather than an instant-booking platform. You select your dates, the site shows the rate for those nights, and you send us an enquiry. We check the calendar by hand and reply with a confirmation.
