Lovely setting, attentive service, and housekeeping keeps the place pretty clean. It is a bit far from the sea — about 1.6 km, more than 20 minutes on foot — and the room faces the road, so the motorbikes can be fairly loud, and the air conditioning is noisy too. Apart from that it was perfect 😍

It looks even better in person than in the photos. The living room is spacious, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — they spent ages in it every evening.

Very convenient location, right on the hillside in Kata. The villa is large and the children had a wonderful time playing inside. Housekeeping could be a little more thorough, but apart from that there were no problems. Recommended.

We had an excellent stay. The villa is magnificent — very clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. The pool is superb, the bedrooms are comfortable and the location is ideal, close to Kata Beach, restaurants and shops. The staff are very welcoming, responsive and always available. We recommend this place without hesitation.

A brand-new villa, exactly like the photos. The host was on top of everything, communication was effortless, and she even ordered a birthday cake for us. Housekeeping came every day and the whole place was spotless. We drove ourselves and parking was easy. We would stay again.

💯 recommended! The place was exactly like the photos, daily housekeeping was available, laundry rack, a carton of drinking water and tissue paper were also prepared for us upon check in. Our host Tar was very responsive and very sweet, she assisted us with our check in/out swiftly. Location was great too, we were able to go to many places quickly. 7/11 within walking distance as well. We love the high ceiling and en suite toilet in every room, the huge pool was also the highlight. Will definitely come back again if we are in Phuket the next time!

There were eight of us — six adults and two children — and it was very comfortable. The interiors are new and the pool was lovely. We will stay again next time.

Great value for money! This 4-bedroom pool villa in Kata is in a very convenient location, close to everything but still quiet. The modern design is beautiful and the pool is perfect for relaxing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great villa overall—clean, tidy, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. One thing to note: only 30 kWh of electricity per day is included. During our 3-night stay, we had to pay around 4,000 THB in extra electricity charges, even though we used electricity reasonably. It would be helpful if this policy and the potential additional costs were made clearer to guests.

Staying with Astra team was an unforgettable experience! The property is in a class of its own—beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and superbly equipped with incredibly comfortable beds and an amazing pool. What truly elevated our stay was the phenomenal service, especially from our butler, Tar. Tar was incredibly responsive, attentive, and treated us like royalty, making the entire holiday completely fuss-free.

This is a truly wonderful place to stay! The villa features four beautiful bedrooms and everything is absolutely stunning. I loved every moment of my stay here. We will definitely be coming back for another visit in the future.

My family and I just spent 7 nights in this villa and we had a fantastic experience right from booking it to when we checked out. The host is very responsive and answered all of my questions i had in a timely manner. Check in was simple we literally walked straight into the villa, and for the villa itself it is exactly as described and as the pictures show it, beautiful, big and expansive, modern with all mod cons needed for a great holiday. The pool was big hit with the kids, location is fantastic, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as is the local Kata night market, and there is also a gym (you need to pay for this but is fairly cheap) around 5mins walk. The housekeeping maids done a fantastic job cleaning the villa on a daily basis, and the complimentary laundry service was fantastic and really helpful. A great choice if you are looking for villa for a family or large group highly recommended.
