House rules

Refundable deposit	฿10,000Held separately and returned after check-out.
Electricity	Electricity is free in July, August and November to April. In May, June, September and October, 30 kWh a day is included and anything above that is charged at ฿8 per kWh, settled at check-out.
Cancellation	Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. This applies all year round, in every season. Please make sure your dates are final before you confirm.
Taxes	Rates exclude taxes.
