Amber Kata

A gated estate of eight boutique pool villas on the hillside above Kata beach, in the Karon sub-district of Phuket. Four of the eight are managed and let directly by the operator. Each is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom villa of about 550 sqm with its own pool, a kitchen and covered parking. Kata beach is an eight-minute walk downhill, with cafés, restaurants and a convenience store along the way.
