House Rules

Who can stay

• Up to 8 people per villa. Children count towards that number, with no exemption by age.
• The guest named on the confirmation must be one of the people staying.
• Pets are not accepted.

Electricity

• Electricity is free in July, August and November to April.
• In May, June, September and October, 30 kWh per day is included in the rate; anything above that is charged at ฿8 per kWh and settled at check-out.

Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of ฿10,000 is collected before or on arrival and returned after check-out, less the cost of anything damaged or missing.

The pool

The pool is private and unfenced, and there is no lifeguard. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Glass is not permitted on the pool deck.

Neighbours

These are villas in a residential estate with families next door. Please keep noise down after 22:00, both indoors and around the pool.

Events

Cots, parties and weddings are considered case by case. Ask us before you book and we will tell you what is possible.

Smoking

No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is fine; please use the ashtrays provided.
